1. General Policy

1.1 Service-Based Nature: As a design service, our work involves providing customized and personalized creative solutions. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once the design process has begun and work has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Non-Commencement of Work: If you request a refund before any work on your project has begun, a full refund may be granted.

2.2 Quality Assurance: If the final deliverables fail to meet the agreed-upon specifications as outlined in the project brief, and reasonable attempts to correct the issues have been made, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

2.3 Cancellations: If you choose to cancel the project after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work already completed. The refundable amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

3.1 Client Changes: Refunds will not be issued due to changes in the client's requirements or preferences after the design process has begun.

3.2 Completed Work: Refunds are not available for completed and delivered work that meets the agreed-upon specifications and standards.

3.3 Third-Party Issues: We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services or tools (such as Canva) used during the design process, provided our use of these tools was in compliance with their terms of service.

4. Refund Request Process

4.1 Request Submission:*To request a refund, please contact us at formulateimpressions@outlook.com with your project details, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting evidence or documentation.

4.2 Review and Response: We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. During this period, we may request additional information or clarification to fully understand the issue.

4.3 Resolution: If a refund is deemed appropriate, we will notify you of the approval and process the refund through the original payment method within 10 business days of the approval notification.
